Why We Hold Lunch & Learn Sessions
Many of our elective lunch workshops are designed to provide first-rate mortgage training for UWM team members who are new to the industry. However, they’re often focused on helping our people grow personally, with guest speakers and experts who provide experienced perspectives in a friendly environment where questions are welcomed, and continuous growth and learning can happen.
UWM’s Lunch & Learn sessions feature a wide range of topics. The UWM Training team selects topics based on survey feedback to address team members’ interests and what’s relevant in the mortgage industry. By addressing these subjects, we always ensure that our sessions remain relevant and impactful.

Two of our recent Lunch & Learn workshops were among our most popular yet: “How UWM Leverages AI” and “Conversations On Cybersecurity.” These gave team members in attendance a chance to dive further into our innovative technologies and learn vital skills to protect our organization.
