Career Advancement Opportunities For Veterans

Where you begin your career journey with UWM may not be where you end up. But we’ll work with you every step of the way to make sure you end up doing what best suits you.

Consider starting your career exploration with one of our teams that offer robust, paid training for those with no mortgage experience:

  • Mortgage Operations — Comprised of three teams that guide a loan through the entire loan process, our Mortgage Operations team supports all areas of the company from the beginning of the loan process to the end. They enter data, handle written and verbal communication and review and order documents from borrowers. Explore role.
  • Mortgage Underwriting — Essentially, underwriters help determine if it’s smart to lend someone hundreds of thousands of dollars. They review documentation provided by the borrowers during the mortgage application process to determine whether they will be able to repay the loan to UWM. Explore role.
