The UWM rotational program is an opportunity for motivated individuals to take on a role that will drive you to lead, excel and grow. You’ll hit the ground running in a corporate environment and quickly get hands-on experience. This annual program welcomes applications each year in late summer/early fall. The Details

Our 1-year UWM Rotational Program gives you the opportunity to explore more than 20 different business lanes across the company. At the end of the 12 months, you’ll be placed on a team that aligns with your skills and passion.

You’ll take on leadership roles in various projects, help identify inefficiencies, develop streamlined processes and complete audits, all while building relationships with executives, leaders and team members. This invaluable experience can help pave the way for a long-term career here at UWM.
